   Try using a different browser. When I use Google Chrome, the local coupons tab is not there, but when I pull up coupons.com with IE, it is there. Hope this helps.

   I can find the local coupon tab but when I put in that zip it says there are no coupons for it.

     You need to change the zip and THEN go back to the coupons tab
